Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join the cleaning team of a golf club, responsible for maintaining common areas with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent instruction-following skills and attention to detail **We want you to join our team!** We are one of the top golf clubs in Guadalajara, with over 18 years in the market, and we are looking for a dynamic, committed, and growth-oriented individual to join our team as: ***Cleaning*** **Requirements:** \*Experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory \*Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team \*Attention to detail and strong instruction-following skills \*Outstanding attitude \*Residence within the area (San Juan de Ocotán, La Toscana, etc.) **We Offer:** \*Monthly salary of $12,500 \*Statutory and above-statutory benefits \*Punctuality and attendance bonuses of 2% each (in addition to salary) \*Grocery vouchers at 10% (in addition to salary) \*Subsidized cafeteria **Responsibilities:** \- Perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lounges, lobbies, restrooms, and break areas. \- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces as needed. \- Empty trash bins and replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. \- Maintain cleanliness of glass and mirrors. \- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any issues or repair needs. **We are located 10 minutes from Plaza Andares and the Macro Periférico 5 de Mayo station.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Employee referral program * Discounted cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
