Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced barista with customer service skills to prepare beverages, serve customers directly, manage the cash register, and assist with inventory and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepares beverages, ensures quality and presentation. 2. Provides direct customer service, takes orders, and offers recommendations. 3. Manages cash register, cash handling, POS terminal, and basic sales control. Salary: 5,500\.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: Part-time position. Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM). Customer service or barista experience is preferred. Our barista is responsible for preparing menu beverages while consistently ensuring flavor quality, presentation, and hygiene. Provides direct customer service by taking orders, resolving inquiries, offering recommendations, and above all, creating a warm and approachable experience. Also handles cash register duties, including accurate cash and bank terminal handling, issuing receipts or tickets, and maintaining basic shift-level sales records. Additionally, assists with inventory tasks (recording supplies, identifying shortages, equipment and ingredient care) and general cleaning of the bar and service area, ensuring the space remains organized, clean, and fully operational throughout the shift.
