Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Assistant Civil Engineer or Architect to support scheduling tracking, format management, and on-site construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Daily scheduling and activity tracking 2. Management of release formats and procedures 3. Training in construction supervision and client interaction Assistant Civil Engineer or Architect Work area located in the Real zone between Santa Margarita and the Air Base. \- Starting biweekly salary: MXN 7,000 \= MXN 15,000 monthly. \- Gender: Unrestricted. \- Must reside in Guadalajara (GDL). \- Proactive. \- Flexible working hours. \- Punctual and responsible. \- Daily scheduling and activity tracking. \- Management of release formats and procedures with team members, clients, and suppliers. \- Training in construction supervision, client interaction, and contractor coordination. \- Release of areas and processes related to architectural projects. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD. \- Preparation of project documentation dossiers. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Saturdays: 8 AM to 1 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
