We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our new Hannover Parquet floor-inking plant. **Job Objective** Lead and coordinate daily plant operations, coordinating production activities across continuous printing/coating lines, logistics, warehouse, deliveries, administration, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor the production plan * Supervise coating, ink, and varnish processes * Lead, organize, and develop the operational team * Ensure in-process product quality * Coordinate raw material intake and finished product dispatch * Plan delivery routes and schedules, focusing on retail distribution * Ensure efficient flow between production and warehouse * Generate and analyze operational reports (production, waste, inventory) * Supervise invoicing and shipping documentation * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards **Requirements:** **Education:** Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Logistics Engineering (degree holder or intern) **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in coordination or supervision roles within industry * Experience leading teams (\+5 people) * Mandatory dual experience in: * Continuous production lines * Warehouse, logistics, and deliveries (retail distribution preferred) Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
