Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confianza**Position Objective** Manage the conditioning process through resource planning and definition of the operational plan, ensuring proper execution to guarantee compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and applicable regulatory standards, while promoting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and a work environment aligned with the company’s values.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Plan and manage the monthly conditioning plan, ensuring compliance with the Quality System and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), aligned with commercial area needs and operational capabilities. * Plan and manage the procurement process for conditioning inputs, adhering to the Quality System and national and international regulatory requirements. * Monitor achievement of departmental objectives and metrics. * Carry out personnel management-related activities.
