Job Summary** Responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of the boutique hotel’s facilities—including guest rooms, common areas, and swimming pool—guaranteeing a high-quality guest experience through timely preventive and corrective maintenance. **2\. Job Objective** Maintain continuous hotel operations by preventing, detecting, and resolving failures in infrastructure, equipment, and services, with special attention to boutique hotel quality standards. **3\. Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: * Guest rooms (air conditioning, lighting, furniture, bathrooms) * Common areas (reception, hallways, restaurant, gardens) * Swimming pool (filtration equipment, pumps, cleaning, and chemical levels) * Address daily maintenance reports generated by reception or housekeeping staff. * Conduct daily verification of proper operation for: * Electrical systems * Plumbing installations * Climate control equipment * Monitor and control swimming pool parameters: * Chlorine and pH levels * Cleaning and filtration * Perform basic tasks in: * Painting * Plumbing * Electrical work * Light carpentry * Maintain preventive and corrective maintenance logs. * Coordinate external vendors for major repairs. * Maintain order and control over tools and materials. **4\. Position Profile** **Education:** * Junior high school or technical high school diploma * Preferred: Technical certification in maintenance, electricity, or related field **Experience:** * 2 years in general maintenance * Preferred experience in hotels, condominiums, or residential properties **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic/intermediate electricity * Plumbing * Swimming pool equipment (filtration, chemicals) * Mini-split air conditioning systems * General maintenance **5\.
