Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. * Supervise proper execution of processes within assigned areas (hot line, cold line, grill, etc.). * Ensure food quality, flavor, and presentation. * Verify ingredient freshness and proper storage. * Support training of junior cooks (Cook B, assistants). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (adhering to hygiene standards). * Control portion sizes and minimize waste. * Collaborate in developing new dishes or menu improvements. * Report malfunctions, shortages, or incidents to the chef or supervisor.
