We are looking for a **creative and analytical UX/UI Designer** who wants to join a team focused on the development of **digital platforms and innovative applications**. You will be responsible for designing functional, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences, ensuring the best interaction between users and our technological products. **Responsibilities** * Design intuitive, attractive, and consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and prototyping. * Collaborate with development, product, and technology teams to ensure correct implementation of designs. * Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and style guides. * Contribute ideas to continuously improve the user experience. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, or related field. * Proven experience in UX/UI design (minimum 2 years). * Proficiency in tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar**. * Knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and meet deadlines. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, or development frameworks**. * Experience in designing **systems, dashboards, or institutional platforms**. * Updated digital portfolio.
