This opportunity is for you! **Primary Work Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco (La Calma / Orion Area) * ️ **Important:** The position has regional scope and will be responsible for providing support and follow-up to operations across 6 states; therefore, **constant travel availability is mandatory.** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Salary:** $16,000 to $18,000 monthly gross **What Will You Do in This Role?** * Maintenance and configuration of computer equipment * IT inventory administration and control * Configuration and administration of internal networks (VLAN, IP, ports, segmentation) * Technical user support and incident resolution * Administration of CCTV, servers, sites, and access systems * Installation of software, antivirus, and operating systems * Preparation of equipment for new hires * Structured cabling management (punch-down and node installation) * User, account, and equipment onboarding and offboarding * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and printers * Support and configuration of PDA devices * Regional support and follow-up for HUBs and operational centers ️ **Key Requirements:** Technical or professional degree in Systems, Networks, IT, or related field Proven experience in IT, infrastructure, and technical support Knowledge of: * DNS * BGP * VPN * IP * VLAN * Linux / Windows * Ubiquiti Unifi and Cisco switches Ability to resolve incidents immediately Organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset Availability for constant travel Preferred age: 25 to 35 years **What Do We Offer?** ✅ Competitive salary ✅ Statutory benefits ✅ Dynamic and professional work environment ✅ Growth opportunities ✅ Participation in regionally impactful technology projects Are you interested in joining our team?
