Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the management and control of key administrative processes in a baby food company. Key Highlights: 1. Manages purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and invoicing. 2. Controls payments, collections, and validates supplier invoices. 3. Prepares control and follow-up reports. We are **3 carrots**, and we produce a **delicious, nutritious, and 100% natural baby food.** Due to the expansion of our operations, we are looking to add an **Administrative Assistant** to our team to support the management and control of key administrative processes.
