Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting / Procurement Assistant to support accounting activities, receipt of purchase requisitions, quotations, procurement of supplies, and invoice provision. Operation of accounting systems and tax platforms **MONTENEGRO EDITORES.** A publishing house specializing in educational and didactic book content is seeking your talent for the position: ***Accounting / Procurement Assistant*** **Responsibilities:** * Receipt of purchase requisitions * Quotations and procurement of various supplies * Issuance of purchase orders (POs), filing and reviewing complete procurement documentation compliant with regulatory and tax requirements * Provision of invoices * Support across various accounting departments. **Requirements:** * Two years of experience in a similar role. * Basic accounting knowledge * Experience with accounting systems such as SAP Business One or a similar ERP. * Proficiency in SAT tax platforms. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills:** * Information analysis and attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset. * Proactive attitude. * Teamwork capability. * Assertive communication. **We Offer:** * Monthly nominal salary of $14,000.00 (100% IMSS contribution). * Meal vouchers worth $1,000.00, subject to attendance and punctuality. * Statutory benefits plus additional days off beyond legal requirements. * Major Medical Expense Insurance (effective after the third month). * Annual Profit Sharing (PTU). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, either from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (candidate’s choice). **Work Location:** * Near Expo Guadalajara and Plaza del Sol.
