We are seeking a WiFi Network Technical Support Specialist for field and on-site assignments, providing customer support in metropolitan areas, with per diem allowances. **Our Value Proposition** An excellent work environment, real medium- and long-term career development opportunities, certifications, coaching, and extensive training and hands-on experience—we offer: * **Base Salary**: MXN 13,000 net per month + MXN 1,500 bonus (direct employment contract) + full statutory benefits (100% nominal), plus per diem payments. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to confirmation), and Saturdays until noon. * **Work Location**: Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (various locations in Tlajomulco, Tonalá, Zapopan, and other sites within the city). **What We’re Looking For:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in roles such as: Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Systems Assistant, Systems Analyst, Telecom Engineer, Telecommunications Consultant, Cisco Engineer, Network Engineer, NOC Engineer, Network Consultant, Network Technician, Network Engineer, Network Engineer, Network Consultant, or Network Analyst. * Networking and Communications Skills: Proficiency in TCP/IP networks, OSI model, routing, VLANs, high availability, redundancy, and related topics. * Availability for field and on-site work, including travel to specific locations.
