




### **Join our team as a Quality Analyst and become a key part of regulatory compliance, process improvement, and excellence in our products and services.** ### **Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system through process analysis, document control, and follow-up on non-conformities, driving continuous improvement across all organizational branches. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze, track, and close product and process non-conformities. * Prepare reports on actual or potential non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Control, update, and improve quality system documentation (SOPs, manuals, procedures, technical specifications, forms, and specifications). * Train staff on quality-related topics, processes, and regulatory requirements. * Monitor and control quality across processes in various departments and branches. * Manage forms, evidence, and documentation. * Address and follow up on customer complaints. * Support internal and external quality audits. * Track health licenses and certifications. * Provide advisory support and accompany operational areas. ### **Profile We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Food Science, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** experience as a Quality Analyst (preferably in the food industry). * Knowledge of **food, health, and environmental regulations**. * Experience in **document control and development of SOPs**. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency with measurement equipment used in the food industry. * **Willingness to relocate and transfer between branches according to operational needs.** ### **Key Skills** * High attention to detail. * Analytical and organizational skills. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. ### **We Offer** * Weekly salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * 20 days’ bonus (Aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers.
