Job Description We are seeking a results-oriented and continuous improvement-focused professional responsible for auditing, documenting, and strengthening the organization’s internal processes, ensuring their proper implementation and fostering a culture of quality and operational efficiency. The primary objective of this position is to ensure departments operate under defined processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements that positively impact operations. Key Responsibilities * Audit whether departments maintain complete and up-to-date processes. * Verify correct application of processes according to established standards. * Conduct and follow up on Corrective Actions. * Support in Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Document and present findings from internal audits. * Identify improvement opportunities within each department. * Implement improvements derived from audits. * Monitor process improvements and identified areas for improvement. * Periodically validate process compliance. * Propose improvements to quality management and internal control systems. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Auditing. * Process Analyst experience. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and process control. * Experience in initiating Corrective Actions. * Process development experience. * Familiarity with quality management systems is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
