Purpose of the Role This role exists for something uncomfortable yet necessary: Ensuring the organization executes what it says it will execute. What will you do? * Implement execution methodologies (e.g., 4DX) within real teams. * Audit follow-up sessions to verify they are not mere simulations. * Review whether clear objectives, lead measures (indicators), and live dashboards exist. * Detect deviations and directly confront them with leaders. * Conduct weekly follow-up on commitments, preventing their dilution. * Intervene in underperforming teams to realign execution. * Consolidate organizational information and generate genuine visibility into progress. * Administer the performance evaluation system (not only operating it, but demanding quality). * Validate that KPIs are properly defined and aligned with business objectives. What do you need? This role is not for comfortable profiles. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology. * 1–2 years of experience in: Organizational Development, Consulting, PMO, or project management. * Experience working with KPIs and execution tracking. * Knowledge of execution methodologies (4DX is highly desirable). * Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. * Obsessive attention to detail. * Genuine assertiveness (ability to confront, not merely suggest). * Disciplined organization and follow-up. And above all: * You are not uncomfortable questioning leaders. * You do not tolerate simulation.
