Our commitment is to address opportunity areas with quality, cost savings, and service, improving the performance metrics of the Mexican industry. **Position Objective** Ensure the proper execution and control of national logistics by managing freight quotations, merchandise intake, and invoice reconciliation to guarantee traceability and operational efficiency. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years in national logistics and interaction with carriers. Essential Software: ERP (Contpaq) and management system proficiency. Digital Skills: Intermediate Excel and Google Drive expertise. Knowledge: Inventory administration, material receipt processes, and warehouse operational order. **Your Key Responsibilities** Freight Management: Obtain quotations from various carriers and courier services, comparing costs and delivery times. Intake Control: Register merchandise entry into the ERP/Contpaq system, validating quantities and documentation. Administrative Audit: Reconcile logistics invoices against quotations to identify deviations or improper charges. Warehouse Operations: Coordinate physical material receipt and ensure correct placement. Inventories: Support physical inventories, validate stock levels, and generate movement reports. **Valued Competencies** Proactivity and efficient problem-solving.
