We are looking for: Inventory Analyst **We offer:** * Salary: $14,000 monthly before taxes, weekly payments * Full legal benefits from the first day * 21-day Christmas bonus * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm with 1 hour lunch break; Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm * Work location: Los Gavilanes, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jal. **Responsibilities:** * Procedures to optimize inventory activities and control * Supervise existing quantities in the different types of inventories managed by the company, including raw materials and supplies, finished goods, defective products, etc. * Maintain warehouse storage system by rack locations both physically and in software. * Inspect levels of company products and supplies to detect shortages. Apply the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system * Supervise proper storage of inventories according to the physical characteristics of the products. * Verify that physical quantities in inventory warehouses match the quantities and descriptions of products in the company's systems (software). * Generate inventory reports once a week or as needed * Returns processing **Requirements:** * At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, including cyclic, monthly, and annual counts * Experience with Contpaqi Comercial software * Intermediate Excel skills Job type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application question(s): * How much experience do you have in inventory management?
