We deliver services to transform the built environment and improve the environment in which we live. **About This Opportunity:** At WSP Mexico, we are seeking a Document Control Analyst to join our Project Delivery team at our Mexico City office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating to all stakeholders all information flows through the official submission format, thereby formalizing the delivery or receipt of all project-related documentation. **Responsibilities:** * Notify relevant parties regarding both sent and received information. * Record, sort, organize, archive, and control all project-related documentation from stakeholders: contractors, suppliers, engineering developers, supervisors, constructors, among others. * Ensure compliance with the quality standards expected by the project. * Maintain an accurate database containing all revisions of all documents/drawings issued for each project. * Capture all necessary metadata for each record, including all documents issued to each client throughout the project lifecycle. * Format, review, control, code, track, and expedite project document management across all phases, such as RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, etc. * Prepare project document logs showing up-to-date statuses of document management processes. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar document control roles within the mining, environmental, industrial, or construction sectors. **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate/Advanced English – desirable. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using document management systems at the user level (ProjectWise, SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, BIM, etc.) as well as other file transfer platforms (Dropbox, ShareFile, OneDrive, etc.).
