The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and able to clearly communicate technical findings to various organizational levels. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Design, train, and validate Machine Learning and advanced analytics models. * Develop predictive and prescriptive solutions for various business areas. * Implement and maintain data pipelines for model training and production deployment. * Perform feature engineering and variable selection. * Evaluate model performance and propose continuous improvements. * Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions. * Communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling. * Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Development teams. **Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and other libraries). * Solid knowledge of advanced statistics and probability. * Experience in supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning. * Advanced SQL and handling of large-scale datasets. * Experience in data cleaning and preparation (Data Wrangling). * Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or others). **Desirable Knowledge** * Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch). * Experience in NLP or Computer Vision (depending on project). * MLOps and model deployment in production. * Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Knowledge of Spark or Big Data frameworks.
