Accounting firm seeks a Data Analyst * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Systems, or related field. **Responsibilities:** Analyze accounting and financial processes to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Design and implement scripts, macros, or programs to automate repetitive tasks (reconciliations, entries, reports, etc.). Program and build dynamic accounting and financial reports using tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, or Power Query, enabling automated extraction, transformation, and data visualization from accounting and financial systems. Implement real-time connections between databases and platforms for consolidated data visualization. Manage and develop interactive dashboards and accounting reports in Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools, with direct interface and integration with accounting and financial systems such as CONTPAQi, ERP, enabling dynamic exploitation of internal and external data in real time. Implement real-time connections between databases and platforms for consolidated data visualization via official APIs (BANXICO, INEGI, DOF, SAT, EL FINANCIERO, FORBES, JOURNAL, BLOOMBERG, etc.). Document automated processes and train staff on the use of tools and generated indicators. Ensure data quality, traceability, and reliability in all integration and automation processes. Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and Systems departments to ensure proper technological implementation. **Technical Skills:** o Programming languages: Python, SQL, VBA, JavaScript (desirable for APIs). o BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Power Query. o Data modeling and ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) development. o Advanced Excel, ODBC/SQL connection with CONTPAQi. **Desired Skills:** o Logical thinking and focus on continuous improvement. o Effective communication with technical and operational teams. o Knowledge of economic, financial, and accounting concepts. o Desirable: prior experience in generating integrated economic reports.
