Implement and strengthen financial controls and processes Corporate Controller At Smart Bamboo, a national leader in premium sleep solutions with multi-channel operations, we are looking for a Corporate Controller who ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information, strengthens internal processes, and enables strategic business decision-making. Position Objective Serve as the technical\-operational pillar of the Finance Department, ensuring reliable financial information, robust internal controls, and operational efficiency through close leadership of finance areas and development of scalable processes that support company growth. Key Responsibilities * Ensure generation of reliable, timely, and actionable financial information for decision-making. * Coordinate monthly accounting close on time and accurately. * Analyze results versus budget and propose improvement actions. * Participate in financial planning: budgeting, forecasting, and projections. * Manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity and working capital control. * Supervise operations of finance areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Inventory. * Implement and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives for efficiency and automation. * Ensure proper integration among ERP, accounting, and branch operations. * Supervise compliance with tax obligations and regulatory requirements. * Guarantee inventory control and reliability. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Lead and develop the finance team. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (degree required). * Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or specialization in Tax/Control. * \+7 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in leadership roles (Controller, Corporate Controller or similar). * Experience in multi-branch retail, consumer goods, or distribution companies. * Solid knowledge of treasury, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, accounting, and taxation. * Experience with ERPs (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and analytical tools (advanced Excel, Power BI). * Experience in companies with robust operations (\+$300 MDP annually).
