Focus: Integration of business processes and enterprise systems (ERP/MES). **Key Responsibilities (Activities):** This role requires a senior analyst with strategic vision to contribute across the full lifecycle of business solutions: Analysis: Lead the elicitation of complex functional and non-functional requirements through interviews and workshops with stakeholders. Solution Design: Design and propose system solutions that optimize business objectives, emphasizing efficiency and scalability. Project Management: Support planning, execution, and tracking of system implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Testing: Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain clear process documentation (e.g., process maps), technical specifications, and user manuals. Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between operations, finance, supply chain, and IT development teams. **Required Knowledge and Skills** **Essential Technical Knowledge** ERP Systems: Advanced knowledge of ERP modules (Oracle, SAP, or similar). Databases: Basic SQL query skills for data analysis.
