We are seeking an Accounting Analyst: Responsibilities: * Listing of transfers in bank transactions. * Review and analysis of invoices, receipts, and other documents supporting the company’s * disbursements. * Verification of the accuracy and validity of charges and disbursements. * Review of petty cash vouchers and travel expense reimbursements. * Creation of files for monthly accounting integrations. * Classification of disbursements into expense categories such as travel expenses, operating expenses, * etc. * Downloading metadata, XML, and information from SAT. * Creation of base files for recording disbursements in the accounting system. * Maintaining a detailed record of disbursements for future reference. * Preparing detailed and summary reports of the company’s disbursements. * Ensuring disbursements comply with applicable laws and regulations. * Review and recording of professional fees and payroll. * Review of withholdings and taxes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Experience: 6 months in a similar position. Skills and competencies: * Intermediate Excel. * Database management. * Use and handling of SAT modules. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Effective written and oral communication. * Analytical and structured thinking. * Numerical aptitude. * Organization.
