**LABORATORY LEADER**
We seek to integrate into our team a Laboratory Leader with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a focus on operational leadership, regulatory compliance, and supervision of physicochemical analyses.

**Requirements:**
* **Age**: 24 years or older
* **Education**: Completed bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (QFB), Food Chemistry (QFI), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. (Proof of graduation or degree certificate required)
* **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.**
* **Experience**: In personnel management and supervision.
* **Languages**: Intermediate English.
* **Availability**: Shift schedule (mandatory)
* **Competencies**: Analytical, critical, and proactive profile.
**Position Objective**
To supervise and coordinate the activities of the physicochemical and microbiological laboratories, ensuring proper equipment operation, regulatory compliance, and analytical reliability through maintenance and calibration management, personnel oversight, and result control within the pharmaceutical industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise operational activities in the physicochemical laboratory.
* Review and release analytical results for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
* Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and current regulations.
* Follow up on investigations arising from Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
* Review electronic reports and ensure timely delivery of results.
* Supervise inventory of reagents, consumables, and critical laboratory resources.
* Schedule and follow up on preventive and corrective equipment maintenance.
* Monitor analytical trends and reports to identify deviations promptly.
* Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
**Solid Knowledge in:**
* Liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC).
* Handling of Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
* Pharmaceutical technology and pharmacopoeia handling.
* Physicochemical and microbiological analysis equipment and instruments.
* Good Laboratory Practices and Documentation (GLP/GDP).
* NOM-059-SSA1-2015.
* NOM-257-SSA1-2014.
* Current regulations applicable to microbiological and physicochemical sampling techniques.
**Work Schedules** (monthly rotation)
* Mixed Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Evening Mixed Shift: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Work Location:** Zapopan South Plant, Av. López Mateos Sur #1938, Agua Blanca Sur, 45235 Zapopan, Jal.
