Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence **Position Objective** Implement technical/regulatory training programs or plans that contribute to improving employee performance and positively impact plant productivity and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities and Activities** Identify and report technical/regulatory training needs. Develop and implement technical training plans, staff onboarding programs, or continuous training initiatives. Conduct staff training sessions, manage logistics for their execution, and develop or update training materials or supporting tools. Track and analyze training plan compliance metrics, personnel qualification results, or other course outcomes to assess training effectiveness. Develop or update manufacturing procedures and execute activities required for their authorization and registration in the company's documentation systems. Experience Pharmaceutical industry. Manufacturing processes. Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Pharmaceutical regulations (NOM 059 SSA1 2015\). Education Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or \*Related fields.
