Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to interact with entrepreneurs, resolve inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction at the point of sale. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and request follow-up 2. Resolution of inquiries and advisory support on products and services 3. Support for events at the national level and across LATAM We are looking for **TALENT** to join our team as a **CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT:** **Position Objective** To serve entrepreneurs at the point of sale by responding to and following up on their requests, efficiently resolving situations and inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Order placement and delivery tracking for product orders. * Cashiering of products. * Handling inquiries, complaints, and clarifications, with follow-up until resolution. * Cleaning of the workplace. * Promoting and announcing any corporate commercial topics through media channels. * Resolving inquiries regarding virtual platforms, products, payment methods, invoicing, events, etc. * Advising on the compensation plan. * Enrollment procedures, personal data, bonus payment process, bonus payment information, current promotions, etc. * Conducting outbound campaigns depending on the campaign and objective. * Reporting incidents involving Distributors. * Supporting events in Mexico and LATAM **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience * Proactivity * Proficiency in using PCs * Willingness to learn (training begins on Day 1\) **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Statutory benefits * Agreements with select establishments * Gift cards on special occasions (Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays) * Monthly salary of $10,000\.00 Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 / 09:00–14:00 Join an excellent company—don’t hesitate to apply if you meet the requirements.
