You will be Kalimera's visible face in Chapalita. Your mission is to transform a simple ice cream purchase into a Mediterranean gourmet experience, advising our customers with elegance, expertise, and an impeccable attitude. Key Responsibilities 1. Hospitality and Service * Greet each customer with a warm welcome (living up to our brand name). * Identify the customer’s profile to offer personalized recommendations. * Master the menu: ingredients, origin, allergens, and flavor notes. 2. Boutique Operations * Serve products with technical precision (visual aesthetics). * Maintain rigorous cleanliness of display cases, counters, and tables. * Perform daily inventory control and report missing supplies. 3. Sales Management * Handle cash register operations, bank terminals, and delivery platforms. * Execute "Up-selling" strategies (e.g., offering medium size, extra toppings, or take-away liters). Candidate Profile * **Appearance:** Excellent personal presentation (aligned with a gourmet environment). * **Attitude:** Natural charisma, proactivity, and attention to detail. * **Skills:** Articulate communication, quick thinking, and extreme organization. * **Experience:** Preferred background in hospitality services, specialty cafés, or boutique retail. Working Conditions * **Location:** Chapalita neighborhood (Guadalajara/Zapopan area). * **Environment:** Aesthetic, clean space with respectful interpersonal interactions. * **Tools:** Uniform and technical training on artisanal ice cream making will be provided.
