Responsibilities * Management and follow-up of active customer portfolio. * Order placement via phone call or message. * Incident or return handling and resolution. * Follow-up and control of outstanding payments. * Preparation of weekly reports (orders, incidents, collections). * Support and onboarding of new customers. * Sending order reminders according to purchase frequency. * Coordination with production and sales teams to ensure accurate deliveries. Candidate Profile * Excellent service attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational and timely follow-up abilities. * Ability to resolve customer-related situations effectively. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, email). * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or commercial follow-up (preferred).
