




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage and follow up on the active customer portfolio, ensuring a positive experience and long-lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active customer portfolio management and follow-up. 2. Incident or return handling and resolution. 3. Ongoing client communication and situation resolution. We are looking for an organized, empathetic individual with an excellent service attitude to provide attention and follow-up to our active customers of **Club Banana Bread**. This position is critical to ensuring a positive experience for every order, tracking incidents, and maintaining long-term business relationships. Responsibilities * Active customer portfolio management and follow-up. * Order placement via phone call or message. * Incident or return handling and resolution. * Follow-up and control of pending payments. * Preparation of weekly reports (orders, incidents, collections). * Client support and onboarding for new customers. * Sending order reminders based on purchase frequency. * Coordination with production and sales teams to ensure accurate deliveries. Candidate Profile * Excellent service attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and timely follow-up. * Ability to resolve client-related issues effectively. * Basic proficiency in digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, email). * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or commercial follow-up (preferred).
