




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Procurement Specialist for an interior design firm, responsible for managing the purchase of materials and furniture. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the procurement of materials, furniture, and finishes for projects. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and coordinates logistics to ensure quality. 3. Collaborates with the design and construction teams on requirements. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with procurement experience to join an interior design firm. The role involves managing the procurement of materials, furniture, and finishes, as well as coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality across projects. Responsibilities * Management and tracking of purchase orders. * Quotation requests and negotiation with suppliers of furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials. * Price comparisons and supplier analysis. * Tracking deliveries, timelines, and logistics of materials for projects. * Maintaining and updating the supplier database. * Coordination with the design and construction teams regarding material requirements. * Preparation of comparative budget tables. * Administrative control of invoices, payments, and orders. * Support in reviewing drawings or specifications to identify required materials. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction. * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel for comparisons and procurement tracking). * Experience working with suppliers and negotiating prices. * Ability to organize and manage multiple orders simultaneously. * Attention to detail and punctual follow-up. Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
