




We are looking for a **B2B Sales Executive** (not cold calling) for a company that sells industrial tanks; this person must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, etc. * 2 years of verifiable experience in **telephone sales** or **B2B customer service**. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities:** * Provide telephone-based consultative support and advice to clients. * Generate immediate quotations and follow up through to closing. * Record and update commercial information in the CRM system. * Calculate shipping costs and check inventory. * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage calendar and schedule follow-ups. **We Offer:** * Base salary of **$13,000** to **$16,000** per month plus commissions and productivity bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * **Health insurance coverage.** * Subsidized cafeteria. * Ongoing technical and sales training. * **Excellent work environment and real opportunities for professional growth.** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (lunch break included) Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (lunch break included) **LOCATION: Two blocks from Hotel RIU, Guadalajara, Jalisco.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site
