Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to create and outsource specialized blueprints, with advanced AutoCAD 2D skills and the ability to interpret industrial warehouse blueprints. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and outsourcing of specialized blueprints 2. Intermediate-to-advanced AutoCAD 2D proficiency 3. Interpretation of industrial warehouse blueprints * Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (with diploma or currently completing thesis) in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Intermediate-to-advanced AutoCAD 2D proficiency (mandatory and verifiable; the majority of work is performed using this software); 3D software knowledge (not mandatory nor exclusionary) * Ability to interpret blueprints across various construction disciplines related to industrial warehouses. Familiarity with roofing and metal façade materials (corrugated and flat sheets) and membranes (TPO, PVC) would be highly beneficial (not mandatory nor exclusionary). * Office location: Parque Logístico (on León–Silao Highway, km 158+300; as a reference, it is located on the right side of an OXXO store and the Hotel 5in). * Fully on-site position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (NO remote work). * Job responsibilities include creating/outsourcing blueprints within our specialty. * Please attach your CV.
