Position Summary: Develop interior design, landscape, finishes, and graphic material proposals for the marketing of vertical and horizontal projects. Key Highlights: 1. Landscape and interior/facade design proposal development. 2. Graphic material production (renders, virtual tours, animations). 3. Experience in vertical and horizontal architectural projects. **Main Job Responsibilities** * Moodboard development * Landscape design proposal development * 3D modeling * Graphic material production for project marketing (renders, virtual tours, contextualized floor plans, animations) * Project change tracking * Interior design and facade design proposals * General support **Objective:** Develop interior design, landscape, finishes, and graphic material proposals for the marketing department of vertical and horizontal projects. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience in vertical and horizontal architectural projects. * 2 years of experience in rendering vertical and horizontal projects. * Experience in building engineering for vertical construction and mixed-use developments. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD. * Proficiency in modeling software. * Proficiency in rendering software. * Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. * AI tools proficiency. **Offer:** * Monthly salary: $14,000.00 to $16,000 * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Employment type: Indefinite-term contract * Full-time (Monday to Saturday). * Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
