Be empowered to make impactful contributions and drive the growth and success of Koch Inc., as we navigate new challenges and celebrate our collective achievements. **What You Will Do** * Efficiently process invoices, ensuring accuracy while collaborating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies. * Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines in daily operations. * Understand and support key processes across various Koch entities, ensuring SLA performance compliance. * Participate in projects related to system changes, offering support for internal controls and compliance. * Manage ERP responsibilities, support reporting/analytics, and handle escalations. * Follow up on aged unapproved and rejected invoices, ensuring timely execution of tasks. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy in the payables processing ledger balances. * Contribute to month\-end closing processes related to accounts payable. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Degree in accounting or finance * A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable process, payment process preferred. * English skills * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel \- spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data analysis/manipulation and formula creation, etc.) * Experience with ERP system support, project management, process improvement or related work experience **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience operating SAP, COUPA, Mexico TAX regulations, Power BI, OCR * Customer Support experience and work with third\-party outsourcing provider * Strong interest in automation and process improvement * Project management skills * Polish / German / French or Italian languages are highly desirable At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
