As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure our company’s continued success. ***60% office-based work and 40% fieldwork (visits to branches)*** **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Recruitment Planning and Strategy:** * Collaborate with the human resources team and company leaders to understand current and future hiring needs. * Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. * Identify appropriate recruitment sources, such as social media, job fairs, job boards, and candidate databases. **2\. Field-Based Recruitment Strategy Identification:** * Collaborate with branch managers to identify recruitment opportunities at community events, local job fairs, and other field activities. * Develop specific strategies to attract candidates in the geographic areas where branches are located. * Research and select flyer distribution points. **3\. Job Posting:** * Draft clear and compelling job descriptions that highlight position requirements and company culture. * Post vacancies across various recruitment channels, ensuring adequate visibility and broad reach. * Keep job postings updated and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. * Create and maintain websites for personnel acquisition. **4\. Candidate Selection:** * Review resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability. * Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members as required. **5\. Coordination of Evaluation Processes:** * Administer skill tests, personality assessments, or other evaluation methods as needed. * Coordinate and schedule additional interviews, technical evaluations, or work sample tests for final candidates. **6\. Candidate Communication:** * Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Provide constructive feedback and keep candidates informed about the status of their applications. * Manage candidate expectations and deliver a positive experience throughout the entire recruitment process. **7\. Job Offer Coordination:** * Work with the human resources team and hiring managers to develop competitive and attractive job offers. * Present and negotiate job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into employment. **8\.
