Opportunity for comprehensive growth and learning in HR **Position: HR Assistant** *Ideal for recent graduates seeking to develop their careers in HR* **Location:** Calle Orión, Colonia La Calma, Zapopan, Jalisco **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Schedule:** Full-time | Monday to Saturday ### **Job Objective** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department by participating in basic payroll, social security, and general departmental processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support in monitoring and recording basic payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, disabilities). * Compilation and updating of employee files. * Tracking of employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative transfers. * Support in basic payroll processes. * Administrative support on social security matters (IMSS, SUA, affiliation movements, and payment follow-up). * Support in generalist HR activities as required. * Administrative control of uniforms, assets, or internal inventories. * Preparation of basic Excel reports. ### **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (recent graduate or nearing graduation). * Basic knowledge of HR, payroll, or social security (preferred). * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information. * Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources. ### **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Monthly gross salary between 12,000 and 14,000 MXN. * Monthly food vouchers equal to 10% of salary. * Life insurance and funeral expense coverage. * Training and guidance on internal processes. * Opportunity for comprehensive growth and learning in HR. * Job stability. ✨ **We seek young talent eager to learn and grow within the Human Resources department by participating in various departmental processes.** Apply now and launch your career with us.
