The primary objective of this position is to **lead recruitment, selection, hiring, and personnel development processes**, ensuring implementation of training and internal communication programs that promote organizational culture. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of new employees. * Development of job profiles and position descriptions. * Coordination of onboarding and orientation processes. * Identification of training needs and development of the annual training plan. * Execution of performance evaluations and development programs. * Implementation of initiatives to improve workplace climate and internal communication. * Administration of attendance records, vacations, severance settlements, and salary scales. * Maintenance and updating of employee files. * Organization of integration campaigns and corporate social responsibility activities. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (certifications in Organizational Development preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in HR leadership or coordination roles, especially in training and development. * **Age:** 30–45 years old. * **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Psychometric assessments. * Labor regulations and HR administrative procedures. * **Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Leadership. * Service-oriented attitude. * Teamwork. * Must have easy access to Col.
