Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with experience in general accounting, financial closings, reconciliations, and improvement of internal controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure accurate accounting records and monthly and annual financial closings. 2. Supervise high-volume transactional financial reconciliations. 3. Implement and strengthen internal controls and risk management. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, filters). **Skills** * Teamwork * Ethics * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Assertive communication * Analytical ability **Responsibilities:** * Ensure accurate accounting records and monthly and annual financial closings. * Supervise high-volume transactional financial reconciliations. * Implement and strengthen internal controls and risk management. * Bank reconciliations * Accounting closings * Account cleansing and consolidation * Accounting document control * Prior experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously is preferred. * Accounting recording and classification * Preparation of trial balances, subsidiary ledgers, and working papers **Accounting Systems Proficiency:** * Intermediate Excel * CONTPAQi * Invoicing and payment complements * Document and administrative control **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 MXN (tax-free) * Statutory benefits: Christmas bonus, vacation pay, vacation premium, social security, and uniforms. * Employee discounts * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM * Location: Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan, Jalisco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site
