**Process and Workplace Climate Analyst**
**Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco
**Work Mode:** On-site
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Contract:** Indefinite-term (with probationary period)
**Position Objective**
We seek a **methodical, organized, and empathetic individual**, with experience in process documentation, flowcharting, and conducting and analyzing workplace climate surveys.
Their mission will be to **standardize procedures**, ensure traceability, and support initiatives that strengthen the **work environment, team integration, and productivity**.
**Required Profile**
Minimum **6 months** of experience in:
* Process documentation and standardization
* Flowcharting (BPM, SIPOC, basic diagrams, etc.)
* Conducting and analyzing workplace climate surveys
* Ethical, clear, and approachable communication
* Appropriate handling of complaints, resistance, and sensitive situations
* Structured analysis and writing
* Patience, order, and focus on continuous improvement
* Organizational development (desirable)
**Key Competencies**
* Organization and systematization of procedures
* Development of manuals, instructions, and operational guides
* Facilitation of agile, results-oriented meetings
* Implementation of team integration activities and recognition programs
* Problem-solving with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
**Desirable Experience**
* Process documentation and continuous improvement
* Supervision or coordination of small teams
* Basic knowledge of administrative processes
* Experience in operations, branches, or projects (not mandatory in HR)
* Management of workplace climate initiatives (surveys, analysis, improvement actions, integration)
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Preferred age: 23 to 40 years
**Main Responsibilities**
* Document and standardize basic procedures by department
* Design, administer, and analyze workplace climate surveys
* Propose improvement actions for the organizational environment
* Plan and implement integration activities and training sessions
* Collaborate with the HR department (without involvement in contracts or disciplinary actions)
