Comply with financial and accounting laws. Ensure fulfillment of tax obligations. Provide organized information on economic and financial status. Ensure effective communication with various departments for information collection. Establish processes to improve administrative control within the department. Coordinate and execute departmental activities timely and accurately to meet obligations. Use assigned resources appropriately, utilizing materials efficiently and solely for work-related purposes. Submit tax control documents (working papers) timely for tax determination. Ensure 100% of CFDIs meet requirements for tax deductibility. Prepare financial statements timely and accurately to support corporate decision-making. Maintain updated costs and pricing within the brand. Ensure accounting documentation is delivered on time for journal entry recording. Update income and expense records. Perform bank reconciliations. Ensure all income has valid tax receipts by month-end. Verify initial income against delivered items (supplies, equipment, initial fee). Plan and conduct administrative audits at branches. Reconcile income and expenses on the ODOO portal. Ensure invoices are issued and approved by Liverpool. Keep the contacts section updated on the ODOO portal. Effectively implement accounting and tax strategies (street-front stores). Request compliance feedback from commercial partners.
