




**3-Month Project** At Arena Analytics, we are seeking an expert who can translate user and business needs into **clear, actionable, and outcome-aligned user stories**. This role will be responsible for **defining, prioritizing, and sustaining the product vision**, balancing real business needs, user experience, and operational constraints within a complex governance environment. **Key Responsibilities** · **Product and Strategy** o Define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with business and operational objectives. o Identify and prioritize real problems—not just stakeholder requests. o Distinguish between a true MVP and an incomplete version, avoiding over-design or feature creep. o Make scope decisions based on sound judgment, explicitly acknowledging trade-offs. · **Governance and Stakeholders** o Manage multiple stakeholders (procurement, vendors, legal, IT, consulting) without letting the product become a “Frankenstein.” o Facilitate difficult conversations and make decisions when conflicts of interest arise. o Document key decisions, assumptions, and their consequences. o Adapt to evolving internal rules without compromising product coherence. · **Collaboration with UX and Teams** o Work side-by-side with UX from discovery through delivery (not handing down “closed” requirements). o Build the backlog from hypotheses, problems, and context—not just feature lists. o Collaborate with consulting and technology teams to ensure feasibility, consistency, and focus. o Participate in workshops, client sessions, and in-person validations. · **Execution and Prioritization** o Prioritize the backlog based on impact, risk, dependencies, and the team’s actual capacity. o Maintain a living, healthy backlog in contexts where discovery and delivery occur in parallel. o Adjust priorities as new information emerges—without destabilizing the team. **Who Are We Looking For?** **Experience** · Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager for complex digital products. · Experience developing internal products, platforms, or B2B/SaaS/CRM systems. · Experience in large corporate environments or those with heavy governance (e.g., banking, retail, enterprise, government). · Experience working closely with UX and technology teams. **Key Skills** · Strategic thinking and synthesis ability. · Decision-making under ambiguity. · Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. · Ability to say “no” with well-reasoned arguments. · Managing friction, negotiation, and productive conflict. · Strong sense of ownership. **Mindset** · Comfortable with uncertainty. · Does not require perfect processes to move forward. · Prefers clarifying problems before asking for instructions. · Understands that the product is a tool to change behaviors—not just interfaces. **Desired Tools:** Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar documentation and collaboration tools. **Nice-to-Have (but not mandatory):** · Experience in process mapping or functional analysis. · Knowledge of service design or service blueprinting. · Prior experience in consulting or with complex B2B/B2C products. **What We Offer** · A **3-month project** with direct impact on digital products and services. · Hybrid work with high autonomy and effective collaboration. · Active involvement in a high-impact product within Arena. · Genuine autonomy to make decisions. · Collaboration with a senior UX team and strategic consultants. · Accelerated learning in product, governance, and complex systems.
