At Imprimelona we are hiring a Workshop Manager. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are located in Colonia La Paz, 5 minutes from UPAEP. What do you need to join Imprimelona? * 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferably). * Education: Technician or Engineer in Graphic Arts, Production, Industrial, Graphic Design or related fields. * Experience in: + Managing workshop staff and assigning workloads. + Controlling work orders and scheduling printing/finishing. + Operating and/or supervising printing equipment. + Ensuring quality and color accuracy (proof reviewing, profiles, waste and rework control). + Basic preventive maintenance of machinery and coordination of technical services. + Inventory control of substrates and consumables (canvas, vinyl, perforated film, rigid materials, inks). * Competencies: leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, results-oriented.
