





Logistics and operations City: PUEBLA Publication date: Oct 6, 2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 and Saturdays from 9 to 2 Description: Position objective Capture and record daily incidents for payroll processing, selection, training, and human resources administration within the District by updating personnel movements, hiring procedures, employee onboarding and terminations in the SAP system, in order to generate reports on employee incidents, candidates for hiring, and candidates in the selection process, thereby continuously maintaining up-to-date personnel information generated in the District. Job functions or activities. * Attend external candidates applying for jobs by providing job applications and conducting initial information reviews through preliminary interviews. * Compile personnel files for new hires by gathering documentation and updating personal data generated by daily operations. * Record personnel actions such as onboarding, termination, and transfers occurring within the District, maintaining control and communication with regional offices and registering them in the SAP system. * Manage the hiring processes for new employees by controlling and requesting the necessary documentation for contract signing and personnel file creation. * Support payroll and corporate human resources departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
