Responsibilities: * Manage and update online stores and marketplaces. * Manage product catalog (listings, descriptions, pricing, promotions). * Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics. * Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics. * Implement strategies to increase sales and average order value. * Coordinate digital campaigns with the marketing team. * Optimize customer experience throughout the purchasing process. * Track orders, incidents, and post-sales service.
