Ensuring customer service quality Driver and General Assistant City: PUEBLA Publication Date: Apr 23, 2026 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Description: Position Objective: Deliver and collect envelopes, packages, and items assigned to your route by following established procedures within operational cycles, ensuring the contracted service meets agreed-upon quality guarantees and safeguards with the customer. Job Functions or Activities: - Enter envelopes and packages leaving the Operations Center into the system. - Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart for route. - Review packages pending delivery from the previous day. - Perform pickups at retail outlets (PDVs) or directly with customers. - Inform security guards of entries and exits from the COP (Central Operations Point). - Separate shipments with service guarantees. - Depart for route according to your work order to deliver shipments.
