**FACILITIES MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent degree in Facility Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration. Advanced English **EXPERIENCE** * Preferred experience in facility management services, team leadership, engineering, and all aspects of property operations and building management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the property, as well as of contracted service providers; proper personnel management; review of services; reporting on service status (KPIs) * Administration, maintenance, and operation of corporate offices. * Liaison with building owner and end users. * Management of subcontractors and service providers. * Oversight of cleaning, security, and pest control staff. * Management of subcontractors responsible for maintenance of installed systems and equipment: HVAC, fire protection systems, CCTV, access control systems. * Preparation of monthly operational and financial reports. * Procurement management for services, materials, supplies, spare parts, and consumables. * Monitoring of water, electricity, and gas consumption. * Development of proposals for cost savings and optimization. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **WE OFFER:** Gross salary: $35,000 to $45,000 per month Statutory benefits After 3 months: Major medical expense insurance and life insurance Work location: Workplace: Carr.
