





Restaurant in the heart of San Pedro Cholula is seeking staff for the following areas Required qualifications: * Proven experience in enology, mixology and pairing, not less than 1 year. * Skill in preparing various types of drinks, including alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktails), and alcohol-free beverages. * Essential knowledge of sanitation and hygiene, particularly in beverage handling. * Good time management. * Frustration tolerance. * Organizational ability. * Age range: 26 – 35 years. Duties and responsibilities: * Preparation, quality control, and creation of beverages. * Occasional guest service and resolution of any inquiries. * Monitoring supplies to maximize their quality. * Maintaining bar cleanliness to ensure sanitary efficiency. * Monitoring and controlling existing losses.
