Our commitment to quality and continuous improvement has enabled us to meet the requirements of our customers, partners, and collaborators, while promoting the development of our personnel's talent. **Location:** Acuitlapilco, Tlaxcala **Sector:** Industrial **Work Modality:** On-site/Hybrid ***Job Objective:*** Lead the Human Resources department, ensuring strategic, innovative, and business-aligned management, while guaranteeing a positive work environment and efficient operation of all human capital-related processes. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Labor relations and conflict resolution. * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Internal communication. * Organizational development and training. * Payroll and compensation administration. * Implement talent attraction, retention, and development strategies aligned with new generations. * Develop and monitor **Human Resources management indicator reports**. * Generate innovative proposals to strengthen organizational culture. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations applicable to the industrial sector. * Serve as a strategic partner in executive decision-making. * Administrative and operational activities ***Candidate Profile:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum of **5 years of leadership experience in HR**, preferably in the **industrial sector**. * Proficiency in **labor relations, recruitment, training, payroll, and organizational development** processes. * Knowledge of **internal communication strategies and workplace climate management**. * Experience managing **human talent KPIs**. * Strategic vision, innovation capability, and adaptability. * Leadership, negotiation, and multidisciplinary team management skills. * Valid driver’s license ***We Offer:*** * Life insurance * Company parking * Opportunities for growth and development. * Environment of innovation and continuous improvement. * Institutional uniform * Punctuality bonus * Life insurance * Profit-sharing (PTU) ***Working Hours:*** * Monday to Thursday: 8 AM – 6 PM * Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
