**National Distributor of Bicycles and Sports Equipment** is seeking a: **Systems Assistant** We are looking for a person with a service-oriented attitude, passion for technology, and willingness to learn and grow within the systems department. What will you do in this position? * Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users, with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. (hardware, software, networks, peripherals). * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, operating systems, and enterprise software. * Assist in addressing incidents related to networks, printers, and other technological services. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Assist in documenting processes and technical manuals. * Participate in software development or improvement projects (web or desktop) for internal use. * Track support requests and tickets until resolution and closure. What are we looking for in you? * Completed technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in technical support. * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. * Ability to solve problems and clearly explain solutions. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and strong communication skills. It’s a plus if you have: * Experience with any ERP system (preferably Odoo). * Basic technical English.
