




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for the insurance sector, responsible for internal customer service and processing information on insurance company platforms. Opportunity for self-development and self-training **Join the insurance sector as an administrative assistant.** **Education:** Incomplete Bachelor's degree in Administration or completed high school **Minimum Professional Experience:** 1 year in roles related to administration, support, or external/internal customer service. **Job Objective:** Responsible for internal customer service regarding their operational needs toward the various insurance companies of the firm, covering Life, Major Medical Expenses, and Auto (individual or group) lines. Processing information received via each insurer’s portals and proprietary tools. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and customer service positions, preferably within the insurance sector. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Ability to work independently with high levels of self-management. * Strong focus on accurate and timely tracking and follow-up of pending tasks. **Software and Tools Proficiency:** * Web browsers, networks, and standard data processing software such as Microsoft Office * Google Drive or similar * Familiarity with CRM scope and usage * Videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Meet, or similar) **Main Responsibilities** * **Customer Service:** Deliver high-quality customer service by efficiently and professionally responding to phone calls, emails, messaging, and in-person inquiries. * **Resolve Customer Queries and Issues** promptly and satisfactorily. * **Insurance Company Platforms Management:** Access and navigate insurance company websites to obtain relevant information and carry out necessary procedures. * **Activity Logging for Tracking:** Accurately and thoroughly record and update information in our CRM system to ensure effective tracking of customers and prospects. * **Self-Training and Development:** Proactively seek knowledge and skills that enhance job performance. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $11,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * Insurance: 2 years (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
